Training & Implementation
Vendors customarily provide initial training, however, follow-on training, or new-hire training after the system is implemented is usually more cost effective if performed by the Client or a 3rd Party, such as ourselves. Also, if the software changes, or acquires increased functionality, the Client may choose to either have the Vendor, an-in-house specialist or Redwood Medical Consulting to provide such services.
A Training and Implementation schedule will be created and executed by Practice Fusion and Redwood Medical Consulting. The schedule will seek to minimize any disruption of the existing practice through a variety of modalities.
Document Conversion to a Digital Format will be provided by the Vendor or Redwood Medical Consulting.
Document Destruction per HIPAA requirements can be performed by either the client or provided by a Redwood Medical Consulting contractor.
