Redwood Medical Consulting provides all or part of the spectrum of additional hardware, communication, networking, training, HIPAA compliant document digitalization/destruction, coding and billing and local support in concert with Practice Fusion’s software training, storage, maintenance, security, backups and breech detection and support.
We can also identify gaps in the implementation process and provide the missing pieces. And most significantly, we can function as a “Trusted Entity” for those clients that do not have the time nor resources to dedicate to the transition process.
We offer very fast and reliable data transfer options in addition to the existing fiber-optic system: that includes independent high speed internet connectivity, wireless or satellite alternatives.
We can ensure interoperability with other practices, pharmacies, laboratories, and health information exchanges. And we can insure compliance with existing laws governing the exchange of information between these entities or laws governing information generated by health care providers.
