Staff & Needs Analysis
Prior to implementing Practice Fusion or OmniMD’s software, Redwood Medical Consulting will first perform an Onboarding Analysis.
Moving from a paper-based practice to a digitally-based one is a significant change for both the staff and clinicians at a practice. Redwood Medical Consulting is well aware that without an excited, informed and supportive staff, the movement to an Electronic Health Records system is difficult, if not impossible to achieve successfully. That is why an Onboarding Analysis is a vital first step in the process.
The Onboarding Analysis will identify resources, goals, timelines, benchmarks and objectives. Should the Practice choose to go forward with RMC and the Onboarding Analysis, the Analysis will provide a transition backdrop against which both the practice and Redwood Medical Consulting can measure the progress, gaps and successes of the transition process.
A work-flow analysis will follow based in part on the Onboarding Analysis, and in part on RMC staff analysis of the work-place environment that reflects any unique or new functionalities requested by the client.
Redwood Medical Consulting, functioning as the client’s “Trusted Entity” or Project Manager, will order the requisite system and any Communication or Network hardware, software or 3rd party services as required to insure the successful functioning of Practice Fusion’s software.
