Work Flow Analysis
Software/Hardware Implementation
This part of the process is managed by Redwood Medical Consulting but supported and maintained by our selected vendors. There are circumstances, however, where either a Client or a 3rd Party can be utilized to oversee the preferred vendor.
Communication, Network Analysis, Implementation & Standard Compliance
When it comes to running a practice or health care system, moving or storing not only patient information, but moving data among numerous computers, clinics, scanning and storing xrays, scheduling appointments, collecting billing information, receiving external clinical reports or transmitting prescriptions, dial-up simply doesn’t cut it for a any size health care provider service. Document Conversion
Clients may choose to do it in-house, either in bulk or “Patient-forward”, or Redwood Medical Consulting can provide partial or complete document conversion that are ISO 32000 compliant and we can convert your documents to over 240 digital formats.
Document Destruction
This can be performed on-site by the Client, provided it is HIPAA compliant or Redwood Medical Consulting contracts with the HIPAA Certified shred tec, plus provides the legal documentation required for audit purposes.
Training & Implementation
Redwood Medical Consulting and/or the preferred vendor will provide basic and advanced training, plus follow-on training, and new-hire training after the system is implemented. Also, if the software changes, or acquires increased functionality, we will provide all additional training. Learn More
Maintenance
Redwood Medical Consulting and its selected vendors will provide all necessary maintenance and support of any provided hardware, communication, or networking services.
Upgrades
Redwood Medical Consulting or the preferred vendor will provide all the requisite equipment and services to a Practice that will maintain an optimum environment for them to consistently and securely provide their services that both insure their patients’ safety and their patients’ personal health information, plus maximize the quality of the provider-patient experience.
